About the Role
Sweet Nation Foods, the makers of World of Popcorn and Treats, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Van Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Abuja. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, ensuring prompt product availability, and delivering exceptional service to our retail partners and consumers across the F.C.T. and major Nigerian cities.
Key Responsibilities- Execute same-day driving and product delivery within Abuja and to major cities across Nigeria.
- Plan efficient daily delivery routes to ensure rapid and cost-effective order fulfillment.
- Verify order accuracy against dispatch notes prior to departure.
- Deliver products promptly and professionally to individual consumers and retail partners.
- Merchandise, stock, and organize company products attractively on retail shelves.
- Obtain and document proper evidence of successful product delivery.
- Actively market and promote our diverse snack portfolio to supermarkets, hotels, and concessionaires.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and mechanical appearance of company delivery vehicles.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, with a valid Nigerian Driver's License.
- Demonstrated experience working within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry as a Van Sales Representative.
- Superior, hands-on knowledge of the Abuja (F.C.T.) road network and inter-state routes.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and basic marketing skills.
- Physical capability and willingness to drive long distances up to three times a week.
- Must currently reside within the F.C.T. (applications from outside Abuja will not be considered).
- Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening test, as well as the company Driver Certification Test.
