About the Role
JV Management Consulting is a leading indigenous Human Resource Management consulting firm dedicated to providing exceptional services and supporting organizational growth. We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new leads, building lasting client relationships, and successfully closing property transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other proactive sales channels.
- Promote and market available real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a robust, active sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct professional property inspections and engaging presentations when required.
- Negotiate effectively with clients and assist in successfully closing property deals.
- Achieve and surpass assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about current property market trends, competitor activities, and available listings.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and daily sales activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance and activity reports to management.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience; prior experience in the real estate sector is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
- Must be confident, persuasive, proactive, and strictly target-driven.
