Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing customers in Enugu.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, quotas, and goals set by the organization.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate, detailed information about company products, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records and accurately update account information in the database.
- Stay fully updated on company product lines, service offerings, and industry trends to better serve clients.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Previous proven experience in a customer service or sales role will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Good knowledge of the Enugu market and surrounding regions.
