We are currently seeking a competent and result-driven Van Sales Representative to join our growing field sales team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, managing assigned distribution routes, and driving revenue growth through direct field sales and effective product merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Execute direct selling and product distribution activities across assigned routes to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct daily cash collections and stock reconciliations accurately to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Actively recruit new retail customers and expand the distribution network within designated coverage areas.
- Perform effective in-store merchandising and product displays to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Operate a manual transmission delivery van safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of proven field sales or direct selling experience, preferably within the FMCG or distribution sector.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and know how to drive a manual van proficiently.
- Possession of a valid LASDRI card for Lagos State operations is strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a target-driven mindset.
