Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through multiple channels while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will manage customer enquiries, execute promotional strategies, and ensure a seamless experience for those seeking our premier services.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and revenue growth through in-store, online, and social media platforms.
- Attend to customers professionally and provide exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries across all communication channels and convert leads into sales.
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting suitable service packages based on their needs.
- Monitor and curate engaging content to enhance the company's social media presence and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, orders, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain lasting, positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and performance expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in any relevant field.
- Previous proven experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relationship management.
- Must be versatile, confident, and active in using various social media platforms for business.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, execution, and time-management capabilities.
