About the Role
EON Global Services Ltd, a leading indigenous Oil and Gas Servicing company specializing in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Maintenance (EPCIM) services and Environmental Remediation Solutions, is seeking a driven Sales Business Development Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market footprint, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the Nigerian energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the oil and gas servicing industry.
- Prospect and qualify leads, manage client accounts, and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, technical presentations, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure service offerings precisely match client specifications.
- Track sales pipelines, manage CRM records, and provide regular performance reports and market feedback to executive leadership.
- Represent EON Global Services Ltd at industry events, networking functions, and client site visits across Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and account management, ideally within the Nigerian oil and gas or industrial services sector.
- Strong understanding of EPCIM operations and environmental remediation solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and market research methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, meet ambitious targets, and adhere strictly to industry safety and compliance standards.
