About the Role
Godrej Consumer Products Limited, a leading global FMCG company known for iconic brands like Good knight and Darling, is looking for results-driven Sales Bikers to join our expanding team across the North, South, and West regions of Nigeria. In this mobile field role, you will be responsible for driving product availability, visibility, and sales growth by efficiently servicing retail outlets using a company-provided motorcycle.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Expand product distribution by identifying, onboarding, and servicing new retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to report actionable insights to the Area Sales Manager.
- Ensure proper merchandising and high visibility of company products in accordance with brand standards.
- Submit accurate daily sales reports, market updates, and route plans on schedule.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and ensure safe motorcycle operation at all times.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid motorcycle rider's license with a proven track record of safe riding.
- 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth familiarity with local markets, trading hubs, and regional consumer dynamics.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments with minimal supervision.
