About the Role
Amy Consulting is seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover products that meet their needs while ensuring a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming customers warmly into the store and guiding them throughout the entire buying process.
- Actively selling company products while delivering outstanding and personalized customer service.
- Explaining the benefits, functions, and proper usage of products to help customers achieve the best results.
- Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries on the company's social media pages and digital platforms.
- Recommending complementary products to increase customer options and enrich their overall shopping experience.
- Providing accurate, prompt, and comprehensive daily sales reports to the management team.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution.
- Proven previous experience working in a retail sales or customer-facing environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to persuade and engage customers.
- Basic digital literacy for managing social media inquiries and reporting.
