About the Role
Solarworld Electric Technology Limited is a leading renewable energy company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of solar and inverter power systems. With over 10 years of industry experience and more than 50,000 successful installations nationwide, we serve residential clients, corporate offices, fuel stations, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to join our Lagos team and contribute to our mission of providing sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across residential and commercial segments
- Create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials to showcase our solar and inverter systems
- Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with prospective customers
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure post-sales satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company offerings
- Bachelor's degree with First Class, Second Class Upper, Upper Credit, or Distinction classification
- Female candidates only
- Age: Not more than 26 years
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or marketing experience is an advantage
