About the Role
Royal Design Furniture and Interior Craft Limited is a premier indigenous furniture manufacturing and interior design firm known for exceptional craftsmanship, bespoke furniture, and comprehensive interior solutions. We are seeking a smart, confident, creative, and result-driven female Sales and Marketing Associate to join our vibrant team in Abuja. This hybrid role combines physical showroom sales, customer engagement, and dynamic video-driven digital marketing to showcase our luxury pieces.
Key Responsibilities- Manage showroom walk-in traffic and promptly respond to digital enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls.
- Evaluate client needs to recommend appropriate furniture and interior solutions, actively upselling and cross-selling products.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on leads and quotations to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Create, present, and appear in regular short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook to showcase furniture and showroom products.
- Deliver accurate information regarding product specifications, materials, pricing, delivery timelines, and warranties.
- Build lasting customer relationships, secure repeat business, collect video testimonials, and gather actionable market feedback.
- Maintain organized customer databases and submit comprehensive daily and weekly sales and marketing reports.
- Minimum of an OND in a relevant discipline.
- Must currently reside in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Female gender requirement due to team structuring.
- Strong interpersonal, sales closing, and customer service abilities.
- Confident on-camera presence with the ability to create engaging smartphone video content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, WhatsApp Business, and basic online marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a smart, presentable, and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in retail sales, digital marketing, furniture, real estate, or interior design is an added advantage.
