About the Role
Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Administrator (International Sales) to provide centralized monitoring, coordination, and administrative support for our expanding operations. Our vision is to remain the market leader in the Day-Old Chicks (DOC) sector by delivering exceptional quality products that guarantee profitable poultry farming across various regions.
This is not a purely administrative desk job; we are looking for a proactive professional with a strong commercial background who will actively track field activities, analyze performance gaps, ensure rigorous follow-through on sales targets, and provide vital visibility to management.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the performance, field activities, and movements of international sales staff across assigned territories and countries.
- Track actual sales versus targets, maintain up-to-date performance dashboards, and identify gaps requiring management intervention.
- Develop a deep understanding of Day-Old Chick (DOC) sales flows, tracking orders, dispatches, deliveries, and customer fulfillment.
- Establish a robust follow-up system for sales pipelines, customer leads, collections, and outstanding action items.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of international sales strategies and improve team accountability.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, or commercial coordination.
- Prior working knowledge in poultry, agriculture, livestock, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution-driven sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
