About the Role
PoweredUp Consulting is a fully indigenous organization focused on organizational enrichment through human resources, coaching, and strategic business solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced SAGE Software Support Consultant to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging operational gaps for our clients by ensuring their enterprise resource planning systems run seamlessly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day technical and functional application support to diverse clients utilizing SAGE 200 and SAGE 300 systems.
- Investigate, diagnose, and efficiently resolve complex system and user-related issues.
- Assist with end-to-end system configuration, initial setup, software upgrades, updates, and routine maintenance.
- Deliver comprehensive user guidance and basic training on SAGE applications to improve client adoption.
- Document all support requests, resolutions, and system-related activities accurately within tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and third-party vendor resources to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate actively in SAGE implementation projects, system testing, and new feature upgrades.
- Identify proactive opportunities to optimize system performance and enhance overall client experience.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant SAGE or ERP certifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven professional experience supporting SAGE 200 and/or SAGE 300 applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of business modules including accounting, finance, inventory, or HR.
- Demonstrated experience with software installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos and manage multiple client support requests effectively.
