About the Role

IOTA Group is a leading global provider of technical assistance and international human resource management solutions, supporting the energy, industry, and infrastructure sectors worldwide. We are currently seeking a qualified RSES-D professional to join our dynamic team on-site in Bonny, Nigeria. In this critical role, you will act as the company's representative on-site, exercising delegated RSES authority to ensure all construction, commissioning, and pipeline activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with international HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise delegated RSES authority within the assigned perimeter to ensure operations comply with HSE rules and technical references.
  • Manage operational interfaces, SIMOPS conditions, and simultaneous activities involving construction, commissioning, and production teams.
  • Enforce the Permit to Work system, authorize work after proper risk assessments, and maintain the authority to stop any unsafe activities.
  • Coordinate Temporary Construction Camp (TCC) security, personnel on board (POB), and emergency response readiness.
  • Supervise contractor activities to guarantee compliance with company standards, project specifications, and ISO 14001 environmental requirements.
  • Monitor physical work progress, review technical deviations, manage contractual changes, and submit accurate daily and weekly reports.

Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience in Brownfield and SIMOPS energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong HSE leadership, with the authority and capability to enforce safety golden rules and manage operational risks.
  • Solid background in progress reporting, schedule monitoring, and contractor interface management.
  • Excellent comprehension of engineering documents, technical references, and quality control processes.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and decision-making skills suited for complex, fast-paced operational environments.
