We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rope Access and Coating Inspector (NACE CIP) to join our dynamic operations. In this critical role, you will combine advanced rope-access techniques with expert coating inspection to ensure the structural integrity and longevity of industrial assets in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute rope-access tasks strictly in accordance with approved project procedures and access plans.
- Inspect all ropes, harnesses, anchors, connectors, and associated access equipment prior to every use.
- Support comprehensive inspection, NDT, coating, welding, and repair activities while maintaining safe positioning at height.
- Establish clear exclusion zones and maintain effective communication with the broader project team.
- Accurately record completed work, identify and document defects, take measurements, and update equipment status.
- Active participation in rescue planning, daily toolbox talks, risk assessments, and permit-to-work controls.
- Relevant degree, HND, OND, trade qualification, or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline.
- Valid IRATA certification or recognized rope-access competence suitable for the role.
- NACE CIP certification and proven coating inspection experience within the oil and gas, marine, or industrial construction sectors.
- Demonstrated working-at-height and rescue awareness with a strong commitment to HSE disciplines.
