Key Responsibilities- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and financial risks across all business units.
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management policies and frameworks.
- Conduct routine risk assessments and audits to proactively identify vulnerabilities in business processes.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Understudy senior risk managers to build deep technical expertise and strong professional soft skills.
- Prepare accurate risk reports, analytical dashboards, and documentation for management decision-making.
- Support incident investigations and contribute to formulating effective corrective action plans.
- Utilize risk management software and tools to track, report, and analyze emerging organizational risks.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
- Must have completed NYSC with 0 to 2 years of post-NYSC professional experience.
- Maximum age limit of 27 years.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with high personal and professional integrity.
- Student membership or progress in professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or IRM is an added advantage.
