About the Role
CAVAYO Nigeria Limited, a premier professional Human Resources consulting firm, is currently recruiting a dedicated Rider on behalf of our client. We specialize in helping businesses build efficient operations, and we are looking for a reliable professional to join our dynamic logistics and delivery network in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver customer food orders safely and strictly on time.
- Ensure all food items are handled with utmost care and delivered in pristine condition.
- Maintain a clean, roadworthy, and well-functioning delivery bike at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a polite demeanor during pickup and drop-off.
- Respond to assigned delivery requests promptly and navigate optimal routes efficiently.
- Collect cash payments on delivery where required and remit funds accurately.
- Possession of a valid rider's license or driver's license with a clean safety record.
- Proven professional experience working as a delivery rider or dispatch rider.
- Strong, practical knowledge of Lagos geography and traffic routes, particularly Ikeja and surrounding areas.
- Ownership of a well-maintained delivery motorcycle is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Must own a functional smartphone for real-time navigation and order updates.
