About the Role
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is empowered to prevent, investigate, prosecute, and penalize economic and financial crimes while enforcing related laws and regulations. We are currently seeking a reliable, disciplined, and professional Skilled Worker - Driver to join our dynamic logistics and transport team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and punctual transportation of Commission personnel and materials while upholding the highest standards of integrity and security.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport authorized personnel, documents, and materials to designated locations across Nigeria.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensuring maintenance schedules, fluid levels, and tire pressures are properly managed.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and EFCC security protocols while driving.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs for fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance records, and travel routes.
- Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or delays immediately to the transport supervisor.
- Perform minor routine maintenance and ensure vehicles are kept clean and presentable at all times.
- Be a Nigerian citizen of good character and integrity with no criminal record and no tattoos on any part of the body.
- Possess a minimum of a recognized academic qualification along with an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Hold a valid National Driver's Licence and have proven professional driving experience.
- Possess basic computer skills for electronic logging and communication purposes.
- Be medically fit with verifiable evidence of fitness from a government-approved hospital.
- Membership in a relevant professional driving or transport association is an added advantage.
