About the Role
CHI Limited, a market leader in the Food and Beverages industry in Nigeria and home to iconic brands like CHIVITA and Hollandia, is looking for a dynamic and analytical Reward Specialist. In this role, you will provide critical operational and analytical support to our Compensation and Benefits function, ensuring accurate reward data management, seamless payroll administration, and effective governance.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update reward information within the HRIS to ensure absolute accuracy of records.
- Support comprehensive payroll processing and the administration of salaries, allowances, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Conduct regular data validations and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and maintain high data integrity.
- Review labour service providers' payroll data, validate statutory remittances, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and summaries to drive strategic management decision-making.
- Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus processing, benefits implementation, and annual people budget data collection.
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and governance standards.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in HR or a related field (e.g., CIPM, HRCi, SHRM, CIPD) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in reward administration, ideally within an FMCG or multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and advanced intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
