About the Role
CHI Limited, the undisputed market leader in fruit juices, dairy, and snacks in Nigeria, is seeking a talented and dedicated HRIS & Shared Services Advisor. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive operational support for our Human Resources Information Systems, employee database, and personnel records. You will also coordinate daily HR shared services activities to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant service delivery across our dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day administration of HR information systems including HRMS, PAYMASTER, and Microsoft Dynamics to ensure up-to-date records.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, covering personal data, career progression, and statutory information.
- Coordinate employee documentation, HR processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage benefits and statutory enrolments with HMOs, PFAs, NHF, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Prepare timely HR reports, analyse employee data, and generate actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor data integrity, facilitate confirmation processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
- Minimum of a BSc degree in Social Sciences, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, HRCI, SHRM, or CIPD are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS or HR administration, preferably within the FMCG or a multi-site organisation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS platforms, and data analytics.
