About the Role
Genesis Group, a leading Nigerian catering, hospitality, and entertainment conglomerate, is seeking a meticulous and driven Revenue Assurance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this strategic role, you will safeguard the company's revenue streams, minimize financial leakages, and ensure process compliance across our diverse business units, including hotels, restaurants, cinemas, and industrial catering operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust revenue assurance policies, frameworks, and controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent revenue leakage.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of sales, inventory, and financial transactions across all business units.
- Analyze operational processes and billing systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal operations and IT teams to ensure accurate data capture and system integration.
- Prepare comprehensive revenue reports, variance analyses, and actionable insights for executive management.
- Monitor compliance with company financial policies and industry regulations.
- Minimum of 6 years of cognizant professional experience within the food service industry, hospitality sector, or related multi-unit retail environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CISCM.
- Demonstrated history of impeccable character, high integrity, and strong analytical acumen.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial data analysis and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
