Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store opening, closing, and overall operational routines to ensure a smooth and professional environment.
- Engage proactively with walk-in and online customers, providing tailored gift recommendations based on briefs, occasions, budgets, and recipient preferences.
- Curate unique gift packages and successfully implement upselling strategies to boost customer satisfaction and average order value.
- Plan, create, and schedule daily engaging content for the company’s social media platforms to strengthen brand presence.
- Track social media content performance metrics and adapt strategies continuously to maximize audience engagement.
- Maintain precise inventory tracking and accurate daily sales records to minimize discrepancies.
- Update and analyze comprehensive sales and inventory data to generate insightful daily and monthly management reports.
- Proven professional experience as a retail store manager or in a similar customer-facing role will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to handle multiple events and customer orders simultaneously with a high level of composure.
