Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly, understand their specific needs, and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience.
- Promote featured products actively and drive sales to consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any enquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Arrange, display, and replenish merchandise neatly to maintain an attractive, clean, and organized store environment.
- Process accurate customer transactions using the point-of-sale system and maintain precise sales records.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels closely, reporting any shortages or damaged products to management promptly.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; an OND or equivalent higher education credential is an added advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience working in retail sales, customer service, or a closely related commercial role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and selling abilities to effectively influence purchasing decisions.
- Good numerical proficiency and high attention to detail for handling transactions and inventory.
- Presentable appearance, high levels of honesty, proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
