Key Responsibilities- Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to ensure products are adequately stocked and prominently displayed on shelves.
- Monitor shelf positioning, pricing integrity, and overall product visibility to maintain high merchandising standards.
- Check inventory levels proactively and identify replenishment needs to prevent stockouts.
- Build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with store managers and purchasing teams.
- Execute promotional campaigns effectively and monitor competitor activities and product offerings within the market.
- Track daily sales performance metrics and ensure retail outlet compliance with company standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated strength in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
