About the Role
Fine Brothers Limited, a leading retail distributor of top mobile brands including Nokia, Samsung, Lenovo, Apple, Gionee, Infinix, and Tecno, is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving store revenue, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and showcasing devices that come with full manufacturer warranties.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally, identifying their tech needs and recommending suitable mobile devices and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate smartphone features, explain pricing, warranty terms, and active promotional offers to guide customer purchases.
- Maintain appealing product displays and ensure the retail outlet remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and positive brand loyalty.
- Handle basic sales transactions, cash management, and inventory reporting accurately.
- Possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications marketing.
- Fresh graduates with a natural flair for sales, persuasion, and customer relationship management are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
