Key Responsibilities- Drive customer acquisition by facilitating the seamless opening of new bank accounts for prospective clients.
- Identify and engage inactive customers to successfully facilitate the reactivation of dormant accounts.
- Actively promote the bank mobile application, educating customers on its features, benefits, and self-service capabilities.Introduce and launch new bank products and services to both existing and potential customers, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and daily field activities.
- Minimum of OND, NCE, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in retail sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict targets.
