About the Role

We are currently looking for a results-driven Retail Operations Officer in Benin City to join our vibrant Retail group as we scale up and drive financial inclusion across our markets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across retail shops, depots, and stock points to ensure smooth, consistent service delivery.
- Manage stock reconciliations, replenish understocked SKUs, and maintain approved inventory levels for all Direct Sales Representatives.
- Coordinate aged stock returns, reallocations, lost phone reporting, and strict compliance with reverse logistics procedures.
- Manage end-to-end phone repair logistics, ensuring devices reach repair centres and return to customers within agreed SLAs.
- Lead, coach, and train Retail Coordinators, Stock Controllers, and Shop Assistants on standard operating procedures and service standards.
- Monitor retail KPIs, conduct regular shop inspections, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to drive operational improvements.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or field operations.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in a supervisory or team leadership role managing multiple locations.
- Strong expertise in inventory control, stock reconciliation, reverse logistics, and retail management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel, and familiarity with digital inventory tools.
