About the Role
Bave Design Studio is looking for a hands-on Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our office, warehouse, and e-commerce fulfilment functions. In this senior role, you will bring structure to a fast-growing business, coordinate multiple departments, and ensure that inventory, order processing, and logistics run with maximum accuracy and efficiency in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations encompassing office management, warehouse logistics, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including warehouse, e-commerce, customer service, accounts, and administration.
- Establish, enforce, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce errors and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Manage stock movement, receiving, storage, picking, packing, transfers, returns, and regular inventory audits.
- Collaborate with finance teams to investigate sales discrepancies and maintain accurate operational records.
- Monitor employee productivity, manage service providers, and support the implementation of modern ERP and inventory systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant operations experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in a retail, e-commerce, FMCG, beauty, or inventory-driven organization.
- Strong expertise in warehouse management, stock reconciliation, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational software systems.
- Must be available to work on-site in Ogudu GRA, Lagos, Nigeria.
