Farmacy Foods & Fruits is looking for an organized, commercially minded professional to run our flagship retail outlet and grow a loyal community of customers who value fresh food, convenience, and reliable service. Key Responsibilities- Run the flagship store efficiently, covering opening readiness, appealing product displays, staff coordination, strict hygiene standards, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels, freshness, cold storage, supplier coordination, and replenishment while actively minimizing spoilage and waste.
- Track daily sales, operating expenses, stock movements, and accurate cash or POS reconciliation.
- Create engaging social media content, targeted product offers, and promotional campaigns that successfully generate online and offline orders.
- Build and manage active WhatsApp subscriber communities to drive product announcements, pre-orders, and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, secure packaging, logistics partners, and prompt customer follow-up.
- Organize offline activations, village market fairs, and sales exhibitions while measuring direct sales and customer acquisition metrics.
- Leverage simple digital systems and AI tools to enhance marketing content, recordkeeping, and customer communication.
- Possess 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in food retail, grocery management, hospitality, e-commerce, or a related commercial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle perishable food products with strong commercial discipline and inventory control.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, and various social media platforms for business growth.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong initiative, and a proven track record of delivering measurable sales results.
