About the Role
Azarai has been designing engagement and wedding rings in Nigeria since 2014 using moissanite, lab-grown, and natural diamonds. We are hiring a dynamic Retail Associate to manage our Lekki store operations, guide affluent clients through significant purchases, and maintain our luxury standards. We value integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning over formal degrees.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate expert product knowledge regarding fine metals and gemstones.
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions and successfully close high-value sales.
- Maintain impeccable store displays, cleanliness, and organization.
- Manage inventory levels, office consumables, and point-of-sale functionality.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process repairs promptly.
- Must reside in Lekki or surrounding areas like Victoria Island, Ikate, or Ajah.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to operate retail software and POS systems.
- Available for a flexible 18-shift monthly roster, including Saturdays.
- Female candidates are preferred due to our client base and product nature.
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped store-wide commission.
