About the Role
Extramileage Consults Limited is currently recruiting a vibrant and customer-focused Restolounge Hostess to represent our prestigious client in the hospitality sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining and lounge experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet all guests warmly upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations efficiently and coordinate seating arrangements to maximize restaurant and lounge flow.
- Escort guests to their tables or lounge areas and present menus accurately.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with waitstaff, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a hostess, customer service, or front-of-house role within hospitality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Smart, presentable appearance with a polite and approachable personality.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Starting Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.

- Flexible work schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off during the week, with morning and evening shifts on weekends.
