Key Responsibilities- Champion Yum and SITH's culture, values, and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Prepare pizzas, ice cream, desserts, and other menu items according to strict company recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures.
- Operate POS order-entry systems, process cash and card transactions accurately, and handle cash-handling procedures responsibly.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service, take accurate orders, and effectively upsell promotional items and new products.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, restaurant cleanliness, and equipment sanitation across all operational shifts.
- Work collaboratively with team members across food preparation, counter service, and general restaurant duties to ensure swift order delivery.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or equivalent professional certification in hospitality or a related field.
- Previous customer service or food service experience within the restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Immaculate personal hygiene standards and a strong commitment to food safety and health regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
