About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a leading provider of technical staffing, outsourcing, and support services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Guest House Coordination Services Officer to manage our residential, catering, and training center facilities. In this role, you will ensure seamless daily operations while upholding the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environment (HSE).
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate catering, housekeeping, guest house, residential, and training center services to guarantee high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure strict compliance with company standards, HSE requirements, and contractual terms.
- Monitor food safety, quality, meal preparation, and restaurant services across all facilities.
- Inspect delivered materials and supplies to maintain inventory excellence.
- Manage contractor KPIs, work progress, and service quality through regular site inspections.
- Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and related hospitality activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, budgets, and documentation for departmental and management reviews.
- Process Job Progress Certificates and facilitate timely vendor payments.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in guest house management, hospitality, catering, facilities, or camp operations.
- Demonstrated experience within the Oil and Gas industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality-control protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and contractor management skills.
- High integrity, courteous demeanor, and the ability to work effectively under pressure with diverse personnel.
