About the Role
The Burger Place is a fast-growing Nigerian quick-service restaurant brand known for serving delicious, freshly made gourmet and everyday burgers across Lagos. We are currently looking for a highly responsible, fast-thinking, and disciplined Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Yaba outlet and ensure seamless daily operations across sales and production.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure smooth daily operations across sales and kitchen areas while maintaining fast turnaround times.
- Enforce strict portion control, consistent food quality, and excellent presentation to minimize wastage.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene standards across both the front-end sales area and back-end kitchen.
- Drive daily sales targets and efficiently manage walk-in, online, and delivery orders.
- Supervise outlet staff, enforce workplace discipline, and encourage strong teamwork and punctuality.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally to guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
- Prepare comprehensive daily reports covering sales, stock levels, and operational issues.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any relevant field of study.
- 2 to 4 years of proven supervisory experience in a QSR, restaurant, or retail environment.
- Strong leadership, operational control, and problem-solving abilities.
- High capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must reside within Yaba or easily accessible surrounding areas in Lagos.
