About the Role

Extramileage Consults Limited is a leading full-service Human Resource Outsourcing company, partnering with top-tier businesses across Nigeria. We are currently recruiting on behalf of an exclusive, high-end restaurant located in the vibrant heart of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, for the position of a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the establishment's reputation for culinary excellence and superior customer service by leading floor staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring a welcoming ambiance for all guests on a rotational shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-of-house staff, including waiters, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring adherence to service standards and grooming policies.
  • Monitor daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures, and floor readiness to deliver seamless dining experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient order pacing, quality control, and accurate billing.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels of dining supplies, and assist with periodic audits as required by management.
  • Enforce strict health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across all dining and service areas.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven working experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Lead, or Head Waiter in a reputable hospitality establishment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively on a rotational shift schedule.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
