Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to customers with professionalism and warmth
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders
- Explain menu items, pricing, and available options to customers
- Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy
- Promote restaurant specials, meals, and other products effectively
- Ensure timely and correct order delivery to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
- Monitor inventory and alert supervisors of low stock items
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
- Prepare and package takeaway orders to specification
- Record daily sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and customer-service standards
- Minimum SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or restaurants (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong numeracy skills and cash-handling proficiency
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, honest, and well-presented
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities
