Key Responsibilities- Perform various domestic and operational tasks including cooking, frying, cashiering, and hosting as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic daily restaurant operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold all company policies, representing the Chicken Republic brand positively at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all designated work areas within the restaurant.
- Minimum of SSCE, NABTEB, NCE, or OND qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand for long periods during shift schedules.
- Reliable, smart, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside on the Island or in nearby accessible areas, as no accommodation is provided.
