Key Responsibilities- Perform various operational and domestic tasks including cooking, frying, operating the cash register, and greeting customers as a host.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth, efficient daily restaurant operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and hygiene guidelines.
- Represent the Chicken Republic brand positively through excellent customer interaction and a professional attitude.
- Possession of an SSCE, NABTEB, NCE, or OND qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Physically fit with the stamina required to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Must be reliable, smart, proactive, and reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity, as accommodation is not provided.
