Key Responsibilities- Perform various domestic and operational tasks including cooking, frying, operating the cash register, and hosting customers as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient daily restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and represent the Chicken Republic brand positively at all times.
- Minimum of SSCE, NABTEB, NCE, or OND educational qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand for long hours and perform active operational duties.
- Reliable, smart, proactive, and must reside on Lagos Island or nearby areas, as accommodation is not provided.
