Food Concepts Plc, the parent company of the pioneering and rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant brand Chicken Republic, is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Operatives at our Ajose Adeogun location in Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Perform various domestic and operational tasks including cooking, frying, operating the cash register, and hosting customers as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic daily restaurant operations.
- Uphold all company operational policies, food safety standards, and represent the Chicken Republic brand positively.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Minimum educational qualification of SSCE, NABTEB, NCE, or OND.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit with the stamina required to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliable, smart, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Must reside on Lagos Island or in close proximity, as no accommodation is provided.
