About the Role
Prestigious Consulting Group, a leading global staffing agency located in Lagos, is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Lead to direct cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, manufacturing strategy, regulatory compliance, GMP remediation, and product commercialization while collaborating with top-tier regulators, manufacturers, investors, and technical partners across the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead pharmaceutical manufacturing projects from initial planning through full commercialization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate manufacturing scale-up, operational readiness, and contract manufacturing opportunities.
- Lead GMP gap assessments, remediation programmes, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate NAFDAC registrations, regulatory approvals, and support WHO GMP/WHO Prequalification initiatives.
- Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and robust investment support documentation.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with regulators, manufacturers, consultants, suppliers, and investors.
- Monitor evolving industry trends to identify new pharmaceutical manufacturing and business opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biochemistry, or Industrial Chemistry.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, operations, regulatory affairs, or project management.
- Practical experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, NAFDAC regulatory processes, and product commercialization.
- Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications is an added advantage.
