About the Role
J-Six Group is a dynamic and expanding conglomerate with subsidiaries spanning FMCG, agribusiness, and quick service restaurants (QSR), boasting eight locations across Lagos State. We are dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional hospitality experiences to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee three of our restaurant outlets, driving operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee general daily activities across three restaurant outlets, coordinating production quality, sales, employee performance, ambience, cleanliness, and strict hygiene standards.
- Monitor daily sales reports and ensure Shift Managers diligently execute their deliverables.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Develop and coordinate staff training calendars to maximize the skills of both front-of-house and production teams.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and implement strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute tactical plans to consistently achieve and exceed daily sales targets across all assigned outlets.
- Manage inventory, monitor the production floor, and strategize on reducing operational waste and production costs.
- Keep abreast of local market competition, spearheading creative marketing strategies, local sales-building programs, and customer retention plans.
- Handle initial staff disciplinary issues and collaborate with the Human Resources department as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within the fast food or QSR sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding leadership, delegation, and follow-through abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern restaurant management software.
- High level of flexibility to effectively coordinate operations across multiple branch locations in Lagos.
- Competitive monthly salary of N175,000 - N250,000.
