About the Role
Toasties Limited is a fast-casual dining restaurant chain located in Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in innovative hot toasted fusion sandwiches designed for the on-the-go consumer. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations, uphold our high standards of quality, and contribute to our continued growth in the competitive Lagos food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and friendly service delivery to every customer.
- Manage, train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant staff to maintain high performance and exceptional customer service standards.
- Monitor sales, revenue, operating expenses, and overall performance against financial targets to drive profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with local food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Oversee inventory management, portion control, waste reduction, and stock usage to minimize financial losses.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to guarantee a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and implement innovative strategies to improve efficiency and sales.
- Ensure all restaurant facilities, kitchen equipment, and dining areas are properly maintained and operational.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management or the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of fast-casual restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and team management skills.
