Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all preferences and dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Suggest additional menu items and specials to enhance the customer's dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and other customer-facing areas.
- Ensure tables are cleaned, sanitized, and reset quickly for incoming guests.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a food server, waiter, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
