About the Role
The Smackers Limited, operators of the renowned The Place Restaurant, is looking for passionate, intelligent, and energetic individuals to join our growing hospitality team in Lagos. As a Restaurant Cashier and Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering charming, attentive service and ensuring every guest leaves completely satisfied.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly, provide courteous service, and ensure swift resolution to any inquiries or complaints.
- Accurately process sales transactions, manage cash operations, and issue valid receipts to customers.
- Maintain immaculate standards of personal and station hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop expert knowledge of all company food and beverage products to guide customer choices.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to upsell menu items and boost daily store sales.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor team members to guarantee smooth daily operations.
- Minimum of an SSCE and maximum of an OND qualification.
- Age requirement: Must be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Must possess strong teamwork skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Must currently reside in or be readily able to commute to Itire, Surulere, Lagos.
