About the Role

We are currently expanding our dynamic team and looking to fill two vacant Dealing Clerk positions. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing stockbroking transactions, monitoring market trends, and ensuring seamless trade settlements while upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and professional integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Execute buy and sell orders for equities and other financial instruments efficiently on behalf of clients.
- Monitor daily stock market activities, price movements, and economic indicators to provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all executed transactions and reconcile trade accounts daily.
- Liaise with the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) and central securities depositories to ensure prompt settlement of trades.
- Provide reliable market insights and administrative support to the investment advisory team.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and internal compliance frameworks.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- An MBA or professional certification as a Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) authorized dealer is required.
- Proven understanding of the Nigerian capital market, trading platforms, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and exceptional numerical aptitude.
