Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-quality academic and empirical research in management, leadership, public administration, and related fields.
  • Publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
  • Contribute to the curriculum development and academic programs of the African Centre for Management and Leadership.
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in their research endeavors.

  • Secure research grants and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on multidisciplinary projects.
Qualifications
  • A PhD or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
  • Basic qualification requirement includes a First Degree with not below a Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant working, professional, or academic experience.
  • At least three (3) quality peer-reviewed publications in recognized academic journals.
  • Demonstrable evidence of professional competence, strong research capacity, and significant scholarly contributions.
