We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Research & Data Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will leverage your analytical prowess to evaluate social impact initiatives, conduct comprehensive market research, and support data-driven decision-making for various development projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust research methodologies for quantitative and qualitative data collection.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports for stakeholders and donors.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of ongoing social development programs.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews, market analyses, and stakeholder interviews to inform strategic consulting recommendations.
- Visualize data effectively using modern dashboards, charts, and presentation materials to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data management and security throughout the research lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and report writing within a professional or research environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SPSS, R, Python, Stata, or advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of the nonprofit, philanthropic, or social enterprise sector in Africa.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
