Key Responsibilities- Drive the sourcing of new accounts and actively execute client and savings mobilization strategies.
- Conduct thorough client verification, home visits, and guarantor assessments.
- Facilitate pre-loan training sessions and manage efficient loan disbursement processes.
- Perform daily savings and repayment collections to maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Proactively monitor and follow up with clients to ensure prompt loan repayments and prevent defaults.
- Manage default cases professionally in line with institutional policies and guidelines.
- Identify and address additional customer financial needs while adhering to organizational standards.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline.
- Must not be more than 35 years of age at the last birthday.
- Must be flexible and willing to be deployed to work anywhere in Nigeria based on organizational needs.
