About the Role
Dangote Group, Africa's leading diversified business conglomerate, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Relationship Officer to join our cement division in Lagos, Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead bulk cement sales to major corporate clients, including construction companies, developers, and large-scale infrastructure projects. You will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and manage high-value relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and project managers.
- Drive bulk cement sales to consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Prepare and deliver competitive sales proposals, quotations, and long-term supply contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery, credit management, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 7 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the cement, construction, or building materials sector.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, financial understanding, and market analytical abilities.
