About the Role
Polaris Bank Limited, a leading Systemically Important Bank in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Corporate Banking team. You will play a pivotal role in originating corporate business, driving revenue generation, and managing strategic client portfolios across major industries such as Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Power, and Manufacturing.Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage profitable relationships with corporate clients across assigned industry sectors.
- Drive the acquisition of quality corporate accounts and achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare comprehensive Credit Approval Memorandums (CAM).
- Assess credit risks, recommend appropriate mitigants, and monitor facility performance.
- Provide strategic industry insights and advisory support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and KYC/AML guidelines.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Credit Analysis.
- Proven track record of managing clients within sectors like Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Power, Manufacturing, or Agriculture.
- Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and transaction structuring.
- Demonstrable expertise in drafting and defending Credit Approval Memorandums (CAM).
